About Delipop
The French brand’s innovative solution provides customers with a convenient way to pick up their orders and allows retailers to reduce their last-mile costs. Delipop’s first fully automated pick-up point has been operating in Paris since 2021, enabling flexible pickup of more than 15,000 products from multiple grocery networks (like Carrefour or Intermarché) in one place. This includes refrigerated and frozen products, thanks to special chambers that maintain different temperatures.

To reliably accommodate such a wide array of products offered for pickup, Delipop’s self-service ARCTAN machines are equipped with a cooling system, are fully robotized, and consist of 2,500 precision components. Additionally, to improve the customer experience, the devices had to offer an intuitive and humane pickup process.
